Mark your calendars for this March 14 to 17 to follow eight Disney
princesses and their devoted prince on a magical adventure. Watch in amazement
as dreams unfold and wishes come true right in front of your eyes with Disney On Ice presents Princesses &
Heroes. This performance, brought in by Feld Entertainment, marks Disney On
Ice’s 20th year in Singapore, also witnessing the live debut of
Rapunzel from Disney’s Tangled.
Ariel yearns to explore the world above the waters, Prince Eric
breaks Ursula’s slithering spell, Rapunzel fulfils her dream to escape the
tower and see the floating lights, Prince Phillip rescues Aurora after
defeating evil Maleficent and Cinderella, Belle, Snow White and Tiana all have
their dreams come true. All these and more will be part of the audience’s
enchanting journey, unravelled through dazzling sets, exquisite costumes and
dramatic choreography featuring artistic skating and daring acrobatics from
beginning to end.
“The show is a celebration of wishes being fulfilled and dreams
coming true,” shares Director Patty Vincent. “The Disney princess stories and
the princesses’ wishes are so classic that it’s very easy for every person in
the audience to find a piece of themselves in these characters. With lots of
action, shimmering sets, gorgeous costumes, bubbles, a fanciful waterfall, a
huge dragon and more, the show is extremely colourful and exciting.”
