This Lunar New Year, keep an eye on ION Orchard as the mall transforms into a floral garden with bright spring hues. The festive mood cannot be missed with the plenty decorations, displays, art and shopping offers all around, and the specially commissioned 3-meter wide ornamental flower display as the centrepiece of the mall’s decoration. The flower display will change colours over the Chinese New Year season and is infused with ION Orchard’s signature scent and colour.
There are also a lot of other things for visitors to see throughout this period, as a series of special art exhibition takes centre-stage at the Level 4 ION Art gallery.
From February
6 to 12, take a look at the “Multeity in Unity” art exhibition. It showcases
different artists who are brought together to represent the Art Xchange Gallery
as one vision and direction. Visitors can witness the different distinctive
styles and techniques originating from various countries coming together and
uniting in “Multeity in Unity”.
Singapore
does not lack its own creative and talented artists too. “Nanyang Inspirations”
will take you through the journey of our nation as it grows, with the works of
eight renowned Singaporean artists who have grown up in Singapore during the
developmental period. “Nanyang Inspirations” will be held from February 15 to
24.
Moving along
from the fancy visual arts, shoppers are in for some treats too!
All shoppers
with a $100 spend can redeem a Hong Bao Pack and Mandarin Orange Carrier. On
top of that, every day, the first 100 shoppers with a minimum spend on $150
will receive a $10 shopping voucher. ION+ Rewards members will only need to
spend $120 to redeem the same voucher. Also specially for the ION+ Rewards
