All who have a soft spot for shiny rocks can be found at the Jewel Fest 2012, happening from now till the 21st of October in two separate segments. Diamonds are not only a girl's best friend, but almost a member of the family in many cases. The Jewel Fest re-inforces just that, featuring diamonds and precious jewelry all under SGD10,000. In today's gold and silver market, this is quite a feat. To establish a relationship with a particular stone is one thing, but to be surrounded by an entire slew of blinding diamonds is an almost out-of-the-world experience. Guests can expect to be wow-ed by the many local and foreign jewelry designers specialities in diamonds and other precious stones during this event. Some brands, such as Caratell Diamonds, have conceptualized jewelry to the point of avant-garde artistry, by adding detailed accessories to a lotus ring.
The Jewel Fest is from the 12 of October to the 21st. Open to public 12 noon to 9pm, except from 6pm on the 11th and 16th. The second edition, from the 17th to the 21st, features styles that are specifically matched for the metropolitan men and women of Singapore. Be sure to catch it!
